The evening begins with a member of the FundedByMe team presenting the concept of crowdfunding. They will explain how crowdfunding can help run a business and what the advantages and disadvantages are of investing in ventures within this model.
You will meet representatives from a couple of companies who are currently raising funds via crowdfunding or have previously succeeded with it. The floor is open for anyone to ask them questions so you can check for yourself if you want to invest or follow their lead and become a crowdfunded entrepreneur.
